"ryoma"根據之前投資REITs的經驗, 深感這不是好投資, 廣告都說當包租公, 但並沒有每月收到房租.
月配息REITs或許較有感, 但配息率不到4%卻要忍受高波動, 還不如買投資級債, 相對安穩.
想追求多一點資本利得, 新興債也較REITs穩健.
